Adult Programs

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

A variety of workout stations creates a fun atmosphere of unique exercises to target all muscle groups and provide a total body workout.  In one minute intervals at high intensity this class will sculpt, tone and strengthen your body fast!  This class works with low weight, high reps with little rest in between sets.

SPIN HIIT

Get it all with a classic 45 min ride...hills, intervals and endurance.  Fun, challenging and designed to leave you drenched in sweat.  Also an occasional HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout will be thrown in the mix.  HIIT workouts allow you to give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.  This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time!

Volleyball

This program is geared to provide a fun way to exercise for women 18 and over.  This is an adult program, no children please. Street shoes are not allowed.  Drop in participation is available.
